With an excellent starting point in cup quality, this coffee cultivation project stands out due to a commitment to paying surcharges of 40% to 100% above the market price, making it a model in the industry. The Sita family has perfected the art of coffee cultivation over 20 years, crafting a coffee with incredible flavors.

In the Sita family, we dedicate ourselves to coffee farming in the region of Antioquia, Colombia. We produce beans of the Castillo variety, known for their softness and aroma, with a cup score of 86. Our traditional washed coffee process involves a double period of wet fermentation. After initially cleaning the beans, we repeat the soaking step in a secondary fermentation tank.

This bean offers a palette where flavors like chocolate, delicacy, silky body, and vibrant acidity are prominent. Our coffee delivers a smooth and pleasantly mild bitterness that lingers on the palate. We aim to provide the finest coffee for your mornings. As proud members of Coffeefarmer.org, we ensure that our coffee reaches enthusiasts worldwide.
