We are one of the three families in Vélez that grow coffee. We have a long tradition. Our farms are located in the Antioquia region, Colombia. We grow beans that belong to the Pink Bourbon variety. It is of high quality. It has a cup rating of 84.50 since we do a double fermentation process.

This grain can perceive a flavor where aromas such as FLORAL, PEACH, CANDY and SWEET will be appreciated. It has a touch of sweetness. Rosé Bourbon is one of the varieties most sought after by foreigners for its genetic rarity. This variety is a hybrid between Red Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon that produce pink cherries.
