We are one of the three Vélez families, coffee growers with a long tradition. Our farms are located in the Cundinamarca region, Colombia. Our grain belongs to the Pink Bourbon variety. It is highly sought after by connoisseurs due to its genetic rarity. It is a hybrid between Red Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon that produce pink cherries. It is high quality with a cup rating of 88. We prefer to double ferment the beans.
